What were you like at school?
Boringly conventional I’m afraid. I liked school, even as an adolescent! I saw it as my passport to better things.
If you could swim in any liquid what would it be?
I can’t swim so that would have to be the Dead Sea, as I believe you can float in it.
What inspires you about this project?
I see it as a marvellous opportunity to work with the less boringly conventional and even those who either have an ambivalent attitude towards learning or, indeed, don’t like it and help them to see its value not just for the here-and-now but where it can take them in the future.
