Reaching the parts other services can’t reach

Since 2016 we have focused our Super Power beams on to schools in areas that need our help the most. By supporting learning, creativity and aspiration in communities experiencing multiple deprivation we support teachers and students to write their own futures.

“25% of Scottish children leaving primary school primary school would not be able to write this sentence”

The ability to write is fundamental and has both an immediate impact for an individual and a long term benefit for the wider world. Being literate allows us to explore and communicate what we think, feel and know.

The Super Power Agency exists to inspire young people to write. Our policy is to never leave a child behind. The way we see it, young people should never be deprived of creative outlets, even if the places they grow up in don’t have a fair share of services and opportunities.
